About Wolf Staffing
Wolf Staffing Solutions was founded in 2013 by Brian Brogioli. Brian has had an interesting journey in his professional career that has led him to where he is today. He spent his first eight years in Vermont as a Police Officer and State Trooper. He spent the following fifteen years in Boston, four as an Insurance Fraud Investigator and the next eleven at a large General Contractor. Brian was hired as the c
ontractor's first Safety Director and during his tenure built an award winning program from the ground up. It quickly became evident that Brian had a knack for evaluating talent which led him to subsequent positions as the company's first Personnel Director and first Director of Recruiting. Brian was the driving force behind the addition of nearly 400 long term professionals to the staff, as well as the company's very low turnover rate and multiple Best Places to Work Awards.
Each of these steps have provided Brian an innate ability to understand people and their motivations and has given him the tools to start Wolf Staffing Solutions. Clients and candidates alike will benefit from this understanding to ensure that goals and motivations align to provide better long term employee-employer relationships.
